Ground-up new construction on a Westwood lot: 4 units plus a JADU, with Certificates of Occupancy issued in September 2026. The units front Massachusetts Ave and include a 5-bed, 3-bath home of about 2,000 sq ft with a private backyard and a second-floor deck (10919), and a 2-bed, 2-bath single-story home of about 1,200 sq ft with its own yard (10915). New kitchens, modern baths, central air and in-unit laundry throughout.
Full interior and exterior remodel and expansion of a 1949 home, now a 3-bedroom, 3-bath modern house of about 1,993 sq ft. It has a marble waterfall-island kitchen, a spa-style primary bath, wood slat details, a new roof and AC, and a big deck out back.
